Participants must be able to accept and participate in the prize on October 17, 2026. Employees, board members, and immediate family members of the Downtown Carleton Place BIA and participating sponsors are not eligible to enter. Submissions must tell the couple’s love story and explain why they would like to win their Small Town, Big Day in Carleton Place (and/or what it would mean to them to win). All entries must be submitted by May 25, 2026 and qualified via Listen/Text by May 30, 2026 in order to be voted on. Judging & Voting: All eligible entries may be shared publicly. Entries will be qualified via Listen & Text through 92.3 WOW FM before advancing to a public online voting phase. The entry receiving the highest number of valid public votes (after both rounds of online voting) will be declared the winner, subject to verification. Prize: One (1) couple will win the Say Yes, Carleton Place – Win Your Wedding prize package, which may include contributed goods, services, and experiences from participating businesses.
