Build community connections: Recommend a business
All year in 2026 we’ll be encouraging visitors and residents to explore and “unlock” downtown Carleton Place. This ongoing campaign will be strengthened by 4 monthly videos where BIA member – locals – tell us about their picks downtown. Each month has a theme & BOTH businesses get exposure. The Downtown Carleton Place BIA is launching the BIA Member Support Grant, a micro-grant program that supports small, one-time projects aimed at enhancing the downtown experience for residents, visitors, and local businesses.
