Downtown Carleton Place BIA permission to use my submitted information, including my name, biography, responses to the “Get to Know You” questions, photographs, artwork, and likeness for promotional purposes.

I understand this content may be published in print and digital formats, including but not limited to:

The Downtown Carleton Place website
Social media channels
Newsletters
Promotional materials
Media releases
Other marketing and tourism initiatives

I understand that participation is voluntary and that I will not receive compensation for the use of this content.

I confirm that the information, photographs, and artwork I provide are my own or that I have permission to share them. I retain ownership of my artwork and images while granting the Downtown Carleton Place BIA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them for promotional purposes related to Downtown Carleton Place and its programming.

I release and hold harmless the Downtown Carleton Place BIA, its staff, volunteers, and partners from any claims arising from the authorized use of my submitted materials.

Use of Content & Consent:
By participating in the Artist Spotlight, I grant the Downtown Carleton Place BIA permission to use, reproduce, publish, and share my submitted photographs, artwork, biography, responses to the “Get to Know the Artist” questions, name, likeness, and any other materials I provide for promotional, marketing, educational, tourism, and media purposes. This includes use on the Downtown Carleton Place website, social media channels, newsletters, print materials, media releases, and other promotional platforms, without additional compensation.
