John Rayner is a Carleton Place photographer that has been living here since the fall of 2005, with his wife Susanne after moving from Sarnia where he taught high school for 30 years. Funding Overview EODP supports the growth of local businesses, community-led economic development to enhance and diversify our local economy and the creation of new sustainable jobs in Lanark and North Leeds.
